陈晓军专家工作室

陈晓军专家工作室是上海交通大学陈晓军博士与上海光韵达数字医疗合作,挂靠在光韵达云平台上的联合工作室,作为产学研合作的桥梁,依托学校和企业的技术力量,专业从事医学软件开发、手术导航、VR/AR技术医学转化等工作。

上海交通大学副研究员、博士生导师。2006年9月博士毕业于上海交通大学(导师:王成焘教授),2008年9月师资博士后出站后留校任教工作至今。曾在以下多所国际著名科研机构访问交流并进行合作研究:哈佛大学(2011.10~2012.10,国家留学基金委全额资助,合作导师:Ron Kikinis教授/MICCAI Fellow)、法国国家科研中心(2013.9~2013.12,合作导师:Jocelyne Troccaz教授/IEEE Fellow/MICCAI Fellow)、比利时鲁汶大学(2015.6~2015.8,合作导师:Constantinus Politis教授/比利时皇家医学院院士)、英国谢菲尔德大学(2016.6~2016.8,合作导师:Alejandro Frangi教授/IEEE Fellow) 。研究领域为计算机辅助手术,包括:医学图像处理、手术规划与导航、虚拟现实/增强现实手术、手术机器人、人工智能与医疗、医疗器械数字化设计制造等。

在以上领域,作为项目负责人主持了国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金、国际合作研究与交流项目、上海市科委项目等20余项。在JBI、Medical Physics、IJCARS等国内外重要刊物及IEEE-EMBS、CARS等著名国际会议上共发表学术论文100余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文30余篇,研究成果被美国国家医学院院士Jolesz Ferenc等积极评价并引用。获:法国科研创新人才计划(FTI,2011)、上海市浦江人才计划(2013)、上海市白玉兰科技人才基金(2011)、上海市科协飞翔计划(2014)、科学中国人“杰出青年科学家奖”(2017)、上海市科技进步奖二等奖(2010)、江苏省科学技术奖三等奖(第一完成人、2017)、上海医学科技奖 (2008)、华夏医学科技奖(2016)、中华口腔医学会科技奖二等奖(2018)、国家留学基金委全额资助公派访问学者计划(2012、2018)、上海交通大学SMC-晨星学者奖励计划(2011)等。

目前担任计算机辅助手术领域国际权威SCI期刊International Journal of Computer Assisted Radiology and Surgery (IF=1.961, Springer出版社)编委、国际计算机辅助口腔种植学会(CAI)理事会委员、国际数字口腔医学学会(DDS)理事会委员、国际矫形与创伤外科学会(SICOT)中国部数字骨科学会委员、中国整形美容协会精准与数字医学分会理事、颅颌面整复专业委员会副主任委员、荷兰科学基金委(NWO)外审评议专家、葡萄牙国家科学技术基金委(FCT)外审评议专家、国际期刊Edorium Journal of Biomedical Science主编及Journal of Rehabilitation Robotics、Journal of Contemporary Medical Education等编委,并长期担任计算机辅助手术领域主要SCI期刊(如:IEEE-TBME、IEEE-JBHI、MedIA、IJCARS、IJMRCAS、CAS等)审稿人。主编英文专著一部“Computer-Assisted Surgery: New Developments, Applications and Potential Hazards”(Nova Science 出版社,2015年出版)。受本领域知名国际专家邀请,参与撰写了英文专著4部,中文专著3部。其个人简历已入选美国Marquis世界名人录。
